Business Analyst

Location: Napoli, Italy

Jobís Responsibility:

Support the all teams with superior financial analysis, focusing primarily on the financial analysis on state of business (variance analysis), monthly forecasting and supporting the strategic planning efforts (including long-range forecasting and budgeting).

Qualifications:

Bachelorís Degree required. MBA is strongly preferred.
Prior people management experience would be valuable in this role, but not necessary.
English fluency is important, Italian is a plus.

Software Engineer

Location: Napoli, Italy

Jobís Responsibility:

You are responsible for designing and developing GUI for software. This requires solid understanding of user interface (command line and GUI) development with Windows technologies, software design patterns; solid coding skills; ability to write highly detailed and quality-driven development specifications, and work with program management, test, usability, and design to drive product development from conception to release.

Qualifications:

The qualifications include demonstrable experience with C++/C#, .NET Frameworks and familiarity with XML. A BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical equivalent is required, and MS/MBA degree is preferred; fluent in Italian and English, and preferably previous work experience in Italy.

Enterprise Solution Specialist

Location: New York, USA

Jobís Responsibility:

Understand complex customer solution requirements and leads the development of strategies/plans to achieve common objectives. 
Contributes to deliverable development and account strategy 
Provides input to and leads local solution readiness initiatives. Develops strategy and objectives 
Articulates solution offering strategies with a thorough understanding of both the customerís business and competitive landscape 
Satisfy customer through listening skills 
Deliver articulate and effective presentations to audience of all types 
Defines and executes territory solutions quota attainment sales plan that adds strategic value to the account management team. 
Responsible for proactively building, managing, and closing the assigned territory solutions opportunity pipeline 
Accountable for attainment of solutions-related revenue quota within assigned territory 
Recognizes the new solutions and services revenue opportunities and greatly contributes to gaining customer commitment.

Qualifications:

Bachelorís Degree required. MBA is strongly preferred.
